The aim of the research is to analyze philosophy 2023 Education Vision Document Ministry National in line with opinions educators. was carried out on principals and teachers working different educational institutions (preschool, primary, secondary high school) a province Western Black Sea Region. It regarded include participants from various levels research. SMART Goals technique used form semi-structured interview questions research.Thus; vision analyzed based specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, realistic time-dependent aspects. According educators, some positive statements are as follows: adapts human-centered understanding, emphasizes subject knowledge being, supports an education system that will develop individual terms body, soul mind. issues missing boundaries document were not clearly drawn, problems expressed but solution mentioned, how, where how make mentioned thoughts stated it mainly abstract concepts.
